Through my Wellbeing Coaching Packages and the simple steps I have developed, children and young people can improve their mental wellbeing, resilience and confidence. A solution focused approach to build on an individual’s strengths and focus on the positive solutions and successful outcomes to whatever is the presenting issue(s).

How I do it?

All my programmes are underpinned by wonderful positive psychological tools bringing together a fusion of strategies 
and techniques including:

  • coaching
  • positive psychology
  • energy psychology
  • emotional freedom technique (EFT)
  • neuro linguistic programming (NLP)
  • mindfulness
  • cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy
  • psychology
  • cognitive behavioural therapy
  • developing a growthmindset     

With an emphasis on fun, creative and informal sessions.


Sessions for children and young people are delivered in blocks of 3 x 1 hour sessions
This includes: 60 minute discovery session at the start of the package 
and 2 follow up sessions of 60 minutes

This package is underpinned by positive psychological tools (can include coaching, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and therapy, energy psychology – emotional freedom technique (EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and yoga)

One/Two personalised meditations/recordings to kick start your journey of change

All downloads and materials from the sessions to develop a powerful and positive toolkit

Communication between sessions for anything that crops up
