I’m a qualified and experienced transformational coach working with adults, young people and children. In a nutshell, I help people achieve transformational change through Wellbeing (mind and body) and Positive Psychology. I have many years experience, insight and qualifications in the field of maximising human potential both mind and body including yoga.
