I’m a qualified and experienced Wellbeing coach and therapist working with adults, young people and children. In a nutshell, I help people achieve transformational change through wellbeing approaches including positive psychology, focusing on mind, body and space. I have many years experience, insight and qualifications in the field of maximising human potential both mind and body including yoga and body based approaches.

With the right tools and resources, you too can find yourself emerging into new possibilities, opportunities and transformation I am a qualified Wellbeing Coach and Therapist and specialise in: psychology, positive psychology, coaching, mindfulness, energy psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic programming, education, body based approaches including somatics and yoga. ‘The coaching will empower individuals and groups to develop a Wellbeing toolkit bespoke to their needs and include resilience and stress management (strategies, strengths, resources, insights) together with other suggested resources.
