Special Categories of Personal Data:  that includes health data, data regarding your emotional health and wellbeing.  This only applies if you are client for our coaching services.  We require your explicit consent for processing special categories of personal data so when we submit your details, we will send you further communication for you to confirm your consent to this processing or give you a hard copy at our first face to face appointment.  At our first appointment we share our privacy policy with each client.

We may collect data about you where you provide the data to us by filling out the online enquiry form, signing up to the newsletter, sending email enquiries or by filling out any forms in our sessions or by sending us emails.

 

4. Why is it collected and how will it be used?

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.  We only use the data and emails you submit through our website and other methods (emails) for the intentions with which it was provided and respond to any enquiries in a lawful manner. We will never share your details with a third party and in particular for the following reasons:

• We may use the information to get in touch and reply to your enquiry.

• We may use the information to improve our products and services.

• We may send emails about new services or other information which we think you might find helpful using the same email address which your provided initially.
