Relaxing can be hard sometimes and learning how to relax your body can be very helpful. In summary we can introduce some cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy relaxation techniques and also mindfulness in terms of breathing, meditation and the body scan. This can be encompassed within any sessions and can also be a one off relaxation session too. Therefore, providing everyday relaxation techniques to relax both your mind and your body will have enormous impact on your quality of life.
