INTRODUCTION

Today, many of us are experiencing rapid change, uncertainty and personal challenges in our lives. Some changes we might choose, such as finding a new job or home but others can be thrust upon us, unexpectedly, perhaps through loss and grief.

As a result of facing increased demands and pressure our physical and emotional life can suffer as well.

It’s not surprising that many of us feel isolated, disconnected, overwhelmed, lonely and very anxious.

Yet, despite all of this, it might be that life is calling us to grab this opportunity to take stock, and reassess.

Life can be challenging, unexpected, disappointing but within all of this when we have the awareness, compassion, energy, belief and curiosity we can open up to a deeper sense of ourselves and our ability to navigate change and transformation, with greater purpose, resilience and wellbeing.

Through a process of self compassion, connection and self-care it is possible to reach a new destination, with understanding, acceptance and a renewed energy and excitement about life.

WHO AM I?

Hello I’m Helen and I am a qualified transformational coach with many years of experience, insight and qualifications in the field of maximising human potential (psychology, positive psychology, coaching, mindfulness,energy psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy, NLP), I have worked with many people who have experienced anxiety and depressive like symptoms as a result of uncertainty and change.

Through working with my clients, I’ve seen many choose to springboard from, overwhelm and challenge to something greater than they ever thought possible; seeing these moments of feeling stuck, hopeless and fearful as an opportunity for transformation that might not have been possible before. As a result of our work together my clients show up fully engaged and flourishing in their lives.

With the right tools and resources you too can find yourself emerging into many more new possibilities, opportunities and transformation.

SUMMARY OF FIVE STEPS TO TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE

The programme has been created and developed by my own personal and professional journey and insights from various modalities including coaching, psychology, positive and energy psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.

I have developed my own conscious awareness model with eight Power Statements as a framework. These Power Statements are linked to five transformational steps.

The programme is underpinned by positive psychological tools (coaching, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy) and approaches such as gratitude, self compassion, and resilience.

  • Establish a strong foundation for change through self-care and wellbeing
  • Discover how to manage your emotions through the process of change so that you reduce stress and anxiety

STEP FOUR

Embracing positive change – The Power of Happiness

  • Understand what happiness means for you and how you can cultivate this in your life
  • Create your new blueprint as a resilient, resourceful and happy individual.
