Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy can help with fears and phobias from simple phobias, social phobias/social anxiety (fear of social embarrassment) and agoraphobia the fear of a difficult or embarrassing situation from which someone feels they cannot escape.

In summary the treatment will also involve learning and practicing effective relaxation or anti-anxiety techniques. Then a client will learn some hypnosis and self hypnosis techniques. We will then identify your fear(s) and phobia(s) and then we can use systematic desensitisation and exposure therapy. The number of sessions for a fear or phobia is usually up to four.
